Section 1: Rules and Regulations for all Employees of TRGH
I. All employees are to work as a team to promote an efficient professional environment towards our patients.
II.You are to show respect towards high-ranking individuals, other employees, allies, and Robloxian General Hospital itself.
III. As an employee of a prestigious and professional company - you are expected to represent us with respectability and obedience.
IV. If you notice another member breaking a rule, you will report it to a high-ranking official, where they will then decide the punishment. Providing proof of the member breaking a rule is not always needed, but it is highly recommended.
V. You are to listen to and follow every single command given to you by a Chief Resident, Attending Physician, Department Leaders, and Supervisor+. Failure to do so will result in severe punishment. However, if the command given to you is unlawful (e.g. commanding you to break a rule, blatantly bullying another individual), you have the right to disobey that command.
VI. Do not exploit, hack, or attempt anything of the sort. Exploiting is against the rules of ROBLOX. If you are caught, then you will be reported and immediately exiled from Robloxian General Hospital.
VII. You will not attempt to bribe a high-ranking employee of Robloxian General Hospital to give you special privileges and/or a promotion. High-ranking employees of Robloxian General Hospital will be fired and exiled upon exposure from investigation.
VIII. You will follow all the rules of ROBLOX.
IX. You are not to disrupt any on-going operation in any of the operating rooms without permission from the surgeons or physicians performing surgery. There are observation decks for a reason.
X. Do not give employee given tools to non-employees.
XI. Residents may not OPERATE SOLO or WITHOUT the supervision of a Attending. (Nurse's are not allowed to do surgeries)

Section 2: Rules and Regulations for all High Ranks
I. As a high-ranking employee in a professional environment, you will be on your best behavior when on-duty. You will set a good example for the lower ranks. You will obey everything stated in this guide, or suffer severe punishment (and I mean really severe).
II. You will not be abusive with your administrative powers at an official place of Robloxian General Hospital.
III. All high-ranking employees are expected to do their assigned jobs and AID other members when they are in need.
IV. Any form of dictatorship or unlawful act without proper reasoning is not allowed and will ultimately result in severe punishment.
V. Part of your responsibility of being a high rank is to help members in need, KEEP YOUR PMS OPEN TO EVERYONE.
VI. If you are going inactive please notify the Director or Asst. Director via. PM or Skype.
VII. Do not accept bribes of any sort for an advantage/promotion. Accepting a bribe will result in automatic exile.
VIII. You are not allowed to post any irrelevant, inappropriate, or disrespectful content on the group shout. Also please remember to use correct grammar while posting.
IX. Do not over shout important information or shouts that contain [DONT OVERSHOUT] tags. Director+ may over shout if their announcement is more important.
X. [PREV] Tags may be used.
XI. HRs are to collaborate as a team - DO Not argue or fight over power. You'll both be demoted. So end it before it escalates or it'll be over for you the easy way.

If you are off-duty it is not required for you to wear a uniform but if there is an urgent call for assistance due to the lack of experience of other residents or lack of personnel you are to put on your uniform.

Section 4: Employee Roleplaying Guidelines
I. If you are on-duty you MAY NOT roleplay a scenario of you becoming injured or unstable in a way that regular hospital operations will be distracted from our patients.
II. Roleplay realistically and respectfully - absurd, inappropriate, or unrealistic roleplay will result in severe punishment. If you don't know how to roleplay medically do your research.
III. Under no circumstances should you roleplay a scenario that would interrupt hospital operations (eg. Fire, Floods, Individual with a gun in the hospital, etc.)
IV. No inappropriate disease cases will be treated - as it will interrupt hospital operations.
V. If a Intern or Resident is roleplaying the wrong way, simply teach them the right way. It is a learning process.

Section 5: Department and Division Guidelines
I. Residents of The Robloxian General Hospital are limited to one specific department/division. This is to prevent disorganization. There are exceptions: Attendings may be in multiple departments/divisions if trained in them, if an employee(including residents) is a part of the administrative department (eg, website management, development, education etc.) they are allowed to be in multiple divisions of the administrative area.
II. Employees may not create their own department/division. If created it will not be supported and be listed as void and you will face severe punishment. However, employees are allowed to suggest new departments/divisions to be implemented into The Robloxian General Hospital by contacting the Director or Asst. Director.
III. Department/Division uniforms are to be approved by the Director or Asst. Director and must be sold from the group store.
IV. Department/Division are limited to 1 DH/DC and 1 DAH/DAC. Some exceptions may be made if the reason is valid.
V. No Department/Division groups are to be created unless it is created by the Asst. Director or Director himself.

Section 6: Training Guidelines
I. Scheduled trainings are posted on the shout.
II. Training Instructors are required to send a Training Completion form with accurate details. Failing to do so will result in severe punishment.
III. Training Instructors are limited to 2 training sessions/seminars per day.
IV. Residents who participate must respect the training instructor and follow their orders. The training instructor has the right to dismiss the employee from the session and demote them with valid reason.
V. All trainings must related to the medical field and operations of The Robloxian General Hospital. Any irrelevant trainings are declared void and the instructor will be severely punished.
VI. After a training is completed, a training instructor is limited to promoting 5 residents per training. Instructors reserve the right to revoke any promotion for valid purposes.
VII. Training Instructors who wish to host a training/seminar must notify the members by posting a shout with the time, location, and type of training.
VIII. There is a max of 2 training instructors at any given training. 1 lead instructor and 1 assistant instructor, each with a 5x promotion limit. See line VI.

Section 7: Promotion Guidelines
I. Residents can be promoted by attending training sessions, seminars, and performing well while on-duty.
II. Before becoming an Attending, Chief Residents must contact their Department/Division Head on information regarding Promotion Programs and must undergo a "solo operation" with the supervision of at least Chief Physician.
III. Promotions are only to be given to those who deserve it and would be a beneficial member for TRGH in the future.
IV. The last rank to be promoted into without being appointment is Attending. All positions after Attending require applications or must be appointed to it.
V. DO NOT ASK FOR A PROMOTION FROM A HR OR DIRECTOR. You will be demoted instead of promoted.
VI. If you have left or gotten kicked from the group and rejoin, you cannot get your old rank back - you must restart from the bottom again.
I. Residents can be promoted by attending training sessions, seminars, and performing well while on-duty.
II. Before becoming an Attending, Chief Residents must contact their Department/Division Head on information regarding Promotion Programs and must undergo a "solo operation" with the supervision of at least Chief Physician.

IV. All employees must be in uniform when on-duty.
V. You must wear the right uniform. Failing to do so well result in demotions.

Section 9: RGH Affiliated Facilities/Institutions Guidelines
I. Individuals who request to make a affiliated facility or institution must propose the idea to the Director or Asst. Director before beginning construction.
II. The facility/institution must be given to Firefume for it to be hosted on the clan page. Builders/Developers of the building will be highly credited.
III. Only the most detailed will be made official and be approved for operation.

Section 10: Admin/Mod Power Guidelines
I. Head of Nursing+ are granted administrative powers to all TRGH facilities.
II. Admins are selected by firefume
III. Any complaints of Admin Abuse will be looked at and dealt with. If valid, severe punishment will follow.
IV. Any usage of unnecessary admin commands will be considered as admin abuse and will result in severe punishment.
I. Head of Nursing+ are granted administrative powers to all TRGH facilities.
II. Admins are selected by firefume
III. Any complaints of Admin Abuse will be looked at and dealt with. If valid, severe punishment will follow.
IV. Any usage of unnecessary admin commands will be considered as admin abuse and will result in severe punishment.
